The CleopatraRX™ team is ready to facilitate your connection with a medical practitioner and pharmacy to prescribe a PearlPAK™ treatment plan tailored to fit your needs.

Begin with the Brain Fog quiz to determine if PearlPAK™ is right for you.

After completing the quiz, your responses are sent to a CleopatraRX medical practitioner.

Step 2: Appointment

The medical practitioner will contact you via text or email to schedule a free telemedicine consultation.

During the call, the practitioner will ask additional questions to provide to one of our board-certified HIPPA-compliant consulting physicians. The physician will further review your health information and communicate if PearlPAK™ is a good fit for you. If approved and you choose to move forward, the physician will write a prescription.

Step 3: Prescription Delivered

The PearlPAK™ prescription is sent to our compounding pharmacy partner and delivered directly to your door.

Within 7 business days, a 3-month dose of PearlPAK™ arrives at your door with instructions to begin treatment.

Step 4: Follow Up

The medical practitioner will contact you after 2-months to ask how you feel and to determine if the dosage amount should be adjusted or remain the same.

After the follow-up, the medical practitioner will send a refill prescription to the pharmacy for another 3-month dose.
