CleopatraRX Development, LLC (“The Company”) is a private company owned by a small group of Accredited Investors that was formed in March 2020. One of the founding members is The Regents of the University of California.
All funding has been provided by this group of private investors.

The Company is raising capital to fund its growth plans for 2025-2026. The capital raise will be pursuant to a Private Placement Memorandum and will be available to Accredited Investors.

Interested parties who are Accredited Investors may contact the Company’s CFO to learn more about the Company’s Finances and Plans.
