Dr. Rhonda Voskuhl is a Professor of Neurology at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA), faculty neurologist for the UCLA Comprehensive Menopause Care Program, holds the Jack H. Skirball Chair and is the Director of the UCLA Multiple Sclerosis Program. Dr. Voskuhl was recently featured on NBC’s the Today Show by Maria Shriver and was a guest on Oprah’s Prime Time Special “The Menopause Revolution” on March 31, 2025. She is the UCLA inventor on over 15 U.S. and European patents for an innovative hormone treatment for cognitive issues of menopause, including “PearlPAK” by CleopatraRX.com available nationwide.

Dr. Voskuhl received her M.D. from Vanderbilt University, completed neurology residency at the University of Texas Southwestern, and did a fellowship at the National Institutes of Health (NIH). Her research at UCLA determines how sex hormones and sex chromosomes cause sex differences in neurodegenerative diseases. Dr. Voskuhl has over 200 publications, including in prestigious journals such as Nature and the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences. Dr. Voskuhl’s career was profiled in 2024 in Lancet Neurology, the #1 Neurology journal in the world. In the UCLA Neurology Clinic, Dr. Voskuhl sees menopausal women with cognitive issues as well as patients with multiple sclerosis.

Dr. Voskuhl has won numerous awards: The R35 Research Program Award from the NIH (2023-2031) to one of only ten neuroscience researchers per year across the U.S.; the John Dystel Prize in MS (2024) from the American Academy of Neurology, the most prestigious award in the field (U.S., Canada, Europe); and the Rachel Horne Prize for Women’s Research in MS (2023) from the European and American Committees for Treatment and Research in MS (U.S., Canada, Europe). She received the Berlin Institute of Health Excellence Award for her research on the effect of being female versus male on health and diseases in 2018 (Global).

Dina Leeds is the CEO of CleopatraRX Development, LLC. She was the former owner of a top medical equipment company that specialized in pneumatic pumps for cancer patients experiencing leg swelling due to poor lymphatic circulation, with her company becoming a top distributor on the west coast. As Vice President of Fred Leeds Properties, she has led initiatives to provide affordable housing to the underserved populations in the Los Angeles area. She is also involved in other companies in strategic and supportive roles.

Mrs. Leeds is deeply engaged in philanthropic activities. She was the President of the Western Region Board of American Friends of Magen David Adom, supporting blood banks and emergency health services in Israel. She worked on the Afghan Rescue initiative and the global campaign “Too Young to Wed” to protect young girls in poverty. Dina Leeds was the Grow, Unite, Build Africa Distinguished Women of the Year and the Israel Cancer Research Fund’s Women of the Year. Mrs. Leeds chaired the Los Angeles Urban League’s Centennial Gala and was the inaugural chair of the Patron Ladies of the Guild for the Los Angeles Ballet. She serves on the board of the UCLA Health System and Pepperdine University.

Blaise Staab is the Chief Commercial Officer at CleopatraRX Development, LLC, the parent of CleopatraRX.com. He is responsible for developing and executing the company’s commercialization and capital strategy as well as driving revenue growth through oversight of marketing, and business development.

Mr. Staab holds an MBA from The McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas in Austin and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia University. He brings a robust background in corporate strategy and entrepreneurship, having founded two startups and led large-scale capital formation efforts. At his previous company, Gevo, he received over $1.6 billion in funding commitments and led an equity process of over $800 million. Prior to Gevo, Staab played a key role at Fortune 10 company, Phillips 66, managing corporate investment strategy.

Kevin Murray is the Chief Financial Officer and Vice-President at CleopatraRX Development, LLC, the parent of CleopatraRX.com. He is also the founder and president of Kevin Murray CFO, PLLC, a CPA firm that provides outsourced CFO consulting and business advisory services to private businesses in the United States and Puerto Rico.

Kevin has over 30 years of C-level executive management experience in finance, accounting, fundraising and business management. He has provided CFO consulting and business advisory services to over 200 companies, creating cost-effective and customized solutions that help his clients achieve long-term profitability. Kevin served as CFO at CreditPoint Software, LLC, from 2006-2018; as a member of the Board of Directors from 2008-Present; and as Chairman of the Audit Committee since 2018. He earned his B.S. in Accounting from Oklahoma State University in 1980 and a CPA License from the Oklahoma Accountancy Board in 1989.

Kevin serves as the Secretary/Treasurer elect on the Rotary Club of Tulsa, the largest volunteer and community service organization in the City of Tulsa.  He is the Chairman of Service Above Self Committee, leading work for low income neighborhoods including working with the elementary school, school for children with disabilities and food market.  Kevin is also a 20-year board member for Saint Simeon’s Senior Community; a faith-based retirement community that is acclaimed for Memory Care.

Dr. Patricia Briscoe has a distinguished career as a plastic surgeon in Seattle. She got her Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors from the University of Oregon and received her M.D. from Vanderbilt University where she received Alpha Omega Alpha honors. Dr. Briscoe was chosen for one of only three coveted plastic surgery residency positions for the year she applied, accepting and completing it at the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Briscoe then became full partner in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, Inc. in Seattle. She also served as an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Plastic Surgery at the University of Washington. For her work as a faculty mentor, she was selected by plastic surgery residents and fellows for the Golden Scalpel Teaching Award. Dr. Briscoe’s specialization is breast aesthetic and reconstructive surgery for women after breast cancer treatment.

Dr. Briscoe’s dedication to service is evidenced by her many years of work for Northwest Medical Volunteers, which entailed annual travel on reconstructive surgery missions to Mexico to assist underserved patients with various deformities. This included performing life-changing facial surgeries in children with cleft palate, free of charge.

Dr. Jennifer Ahdout is a highly sought after dermatologist in Beverly Hills. She is the Director of Dermatology, Laser, and Skin Care at the Roxbury Institute, Beverly Hills, California. She got her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) graduating Summa cum laude. She received her M.D. from UCLA where she received Alpha Omega Alpha honors, and completed dermatology residency at the University of California, Irvine (UCI). Carrie Policella was the first female president of the Century City Rotary Club of Los Angeles. She has worked with the Didi Hirsch Suicide Prevention Center, St. Vincent Meals on Wheels, the Peck Veterans Foundation, and mentored youth for over 20 years in the Big Brother/Big Sister Organization. Ms. Policella was honored as Woman of the Year by the Century City Chamber of Commerce.

He is also the founder and CEO of Fountain Park Healthcare, a supplier of outsourced service-related resources in the United States to pharmaceutical, medical device and other healthcare companies.

Jeramy has over 20 years of experience in the manufacturing, commercialization and distribution of pharmaceutical products and medical devices across the U.S., having started or invested in more than 30 companies during his career. He has served as an advisor to countless pharmacies and pharmaceutical companies during his tenure. Jeramy holds a PhD from Jackson State University in Operations Management (2009), an MBA from McNeese State University (2003), and a B.S. from Nicholls State University (2000).
