Frequently Asked Questions
If you are currently going through perimenopause or menopause, take our online survey to determine if you are experiencing the effects of brain fog. A CleopatraRX consulting nurse will review your survey to determine if PearlPAK is right for you. We will notify you if you are not qualified, or schedule a consult with a physician if you are qualified. This process typically takes less than 24 hours.
Yes, in most cases. Brain fog can be diagnosed by a physician based on a patient self-reporting their symptoms and medical history. CleopatraRX consulting physicians use telemedicine technologies to diagnose cognitive dysfunction in the same way they diagnose patients in-person. The CleopatraRX consulting physician will ask a series of questions and use your answers to diagnose your condition and create a treatment plan using PearlPAK, if appropriate. That’s why it’s vital you answer each question to the best of your knowledge and ensure that every communication with your physician is truthful, accurate, and thorough.
No. PearlPAK was designed to help women with general brain fog caused by the effects of perimenopause and menopause. It is not intended for individuals with advanced cognitive and memory issues. If you suspect you may be suffering from a neurological condition such as dementia or Alzheimer’s, please contact your family physician.

Estrogen and other hormones change as menopause occurs, which can change bodily functions and brain function. When naturally circulating hormones change, or are decreased, things like normal brain function and memory can be affected.
The PearlPAK is a tailored combination of ingredients to help replenish and balance hormones, to improve body and brain functions.
PearlPAK is the medication for which CleopatraRX provides access. It is customized by patient need and may include any of the following based on the determination of a CleopatraRx consulting physician:
- 1mg, 2mg and 4mg Estriol
- 0.36mg Norethindrone
- 100mg and 200mg Progesterone
Drug compounding involves mixing, combining, or altering drug ingredients to create a medication tailored to the specific needs of an individual patient, and is based on a prescription from a doctor.
There are benefits associated with compounding, many of which focus on providing patients with pharmaceutical products that have been customized to fit their own unique needs when standard marketed drugs fail to do so. Compounding primarily occurs in pharmacies by licensed pharmacists. As each prescription is tailored to each patient, the compound has not undergone specific premarket review, therefore it is not FDA approved.
Yes. The process begins with a consultation with one of the CleopatraRX consulting physicians who will determine if PearlPAK is appropriate for your needs. Based on this assessment, they may write a prescription for PearlPAK.
PearlPAK contains Estriol and Progesterone. Both drugs are individually classified as medical prescriptions (RX) by the FDA thus requiring a prescription.
The medication is available in all 50 states through a prescription written by one of the CleopatraRX consulting physicians.
Not at this time. It’s important to maintain follow-up appointments with your CleopatraRX consulting physician to determine if an adjustment in your PearlPAK is needed. Because we have partnered with a specific group of medical experts and pharmacies, the PearlPAK must be filled by our partner and mailed to you.
Based on the results of PearlPAK, the prescribing CleopatraRX consulting physician may decide to modify your prescription to meet your adjusted needs.
CleopatraRX provides access to PearlPAK, a medication tailored to address brain fog in women going through perimenopause and menopause. CleopatraRx is not a pharmaceutical company. PearlPAK is a treatment specifically tailored to you in consultation with one of the CleopatraRx consulting physicians and provided by a partner compounding pharmacy.
